Appointment for medical consultation in OMCC (for non-Japanese speakers)

The Osaka Medical Center for Cancer and Cardiovascular Diseases (OMCC) provides highly advanced medical technology for cancer and cardiovascular diseases from a top-class medical staff. OMCC is designated as an “Advanced Treatment Hospital,” as well as “The Designated Prefectural Cancer Care Hospital.” Therefore, all patients need to have medical referral letters from previous hospitals or clinics for their first visit. In addition, patients need to make an appointment for all medical consultations at our hospital.

How to make an appointment

1. From previous hospitals/clinics

Previous hospitals/clinics need to call the “Regional Medical Liaison Office” of OMCC or send a document which includes the medical information for the patients (written in Japanese or in English) via FAX.

Regional Medical Liaison Office

If OMCC can accept the patients, we will send the appointment details to hospitals/clinics via FAX (limited to domestic numbers only). Please be aware that it may take some time for us to respond, until the FAX has been received.
